About the Role :

You will attached to the Product Design Team under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer. Your role will be to :

  • With Product Managers, you are designing the new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite. From the Problem discovery to the delivery of the solution, you can assist the product team in finding the best solutions to address real problems faced by our clients in the simplest way possible;

  • Identify and prioritize user pain points during the user research you can prepare and conduct user interviews to identify and prioritize key problems to solve. You can break down these issues into smaller problems to continuously enhance the value of the DiliTrust suite;

  • On a quarterly basis, you oversee the design of each solution of your squad, and you are applying the UX/UI best practices. You are skilled in designing efficient user journeys, creating low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototyping solutions. Your comprehensive understanding of our software suite allows you to envision solutions applicable to all our modules;

  • You design solutions using a Design system and you can maintain and evolve it;

  • During the delivery phasis, with Product Managers you are the interlocutors of your developer's squad and you oversee the review of your solutions before the release;

  • You contribute to build and successfully develop DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experience across our product suite. You also have some knowledge of mobile design;

  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions;

  • You know how to conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess the relevance of your solutions with our clients. You are familiar with data and can establish KPIs for the success of your solutions and measure their impact.

 

Profile required :

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company;
  • You are curious, empathetic, and motivated to bring to the user the best solutions for SaaS,
  • You can manage your work time and establish your priorities;
  • You are fluent in English ;
  • If you are italian, spanish or french fluent, it could be a big added value :) ;
  • You master Figma.
