Position Overview:
In order to reinforce our Global HR Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven People Operations Manager.
As People Operations Manager, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be based in our Paris office and will play a crucial role in structuring our People department and bringing your expertise to successfully leverage data to increase our efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to join us to contribute to the HR Team scale-up, develop our People Operations structure and work on strategic and innovative HR projects at global scale.
What You’ll do:
- Manage, structure and develop the People Operations team (2ppl)
- Oversee the People Operations team activities: onboarding, offboarding, personal data change, contract, addendums, internal and international mobility processes, leave management, payroll and benefits including relevant documentation, employee file management in accordance to local legislation and administrative management of the training plan (consolidation and follow-up, relationship with external providers, budget management, etc.)
- Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing local administrative HR requirements and policies in all our geographies
- Design and recommend enhancements and simplifications of existing HR processes ensuring efficiency, scalability and compliance with ISO norms.
- Manage our HRIS and HR Data, create and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Manage payroll processes with our external providers and be responsible for vendor management to improve operations and service quality, efficiency and experience.
- Structure and develop our Compensation & Benefits and International Mobilities processes
- Support the CPO and People Business Partners on Individual and Collective Employee relations
- Work on various HR projects with CPO such as HRIS implementation, Merger & Acquisitions
Profile required:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in Data management, payroll and HR administration, preferably in dynamic and fast-growing companies in international and multicultural settings
- Fluent in French and English. Any additional European languages will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and additional countries is a plus
- Previous experience in project management and merger & acquisition is a plus
- You have advanced skills on Microsoft Office
