Your tasks :  

 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across various Dilitrust offices (FR + International)
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across various businesses and technical functions (GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)
  • Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
  • Help improve our process, documentation, tooling (ATS)
  • Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes

Your profile: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Experience hiring across multiple countries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and French, 3rd speaking language is a plus.
  • Passionate about Legal Tech, SaaS, and high-growth environments.
