Key Responsibilities:
• Benchmark AI testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot for Tests, Testim, LLM-based frameworks).
• Assess fit for LegalTech: Focus on functional, regression, and compliance testing.
• Prototype integrations with our Python-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Measure impact (e.g., time saved, coverage gains).
• Document and train teams on adopted tools.
Ideal Profile
Education: Engineering school or Master’s in CS (AI/QA/DevOps focus a plus).
Technical Skills:
• Python (primary language).
• Experience with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, unittest).
• Familiarity with LLMs/APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) is a bonus.
Soft Skills:
• Pragmatic mindset (prioritize efficiency over reinvention).
• Curiosity to explore new tools.
• Clear communication for cross-team collaboration.
